Massage

Massages relax us and make our bodies feel better.  Taking the time out at least a few times a month to get a massage will do you body good.  Your muscles get tense and getting a massage helps to relieve some of that tension.  You don’t even have to go to a licensed masseuse all of the time, even your husband or wife can give you a nice massage every now and then.  Make it a family event and take turns giving everyone in your family a massage.  You’ll thank yourself.
