What do you do when you’re bored to death with nothing to do.  Most of the time we go through the kitchen cabinets in search for some sort of comforting snack or  junk food.  Whether it’s sugary jello, chips, cookies, cakes, sodas or breaded treats, we must admit that junk food is a valid part of our lives.  We look for it when we go to parties and when we visit our family and relatives.  One of the first things we ask is “What do you have to eat?”  They usually satisfy us with a big bag of barbeque potatoe chips and dip.  That makes us smile and feel really good.  Junk food is ok just eat it in moderation.  Don’t substitute it for nutritious meals.  It can be your friend as long as you don’t abuse it.
