These days it looks as though a fitness craze is about to hit us hard.  Already this season there are television shows like “The Biggest Loser” and “Celebrity Fit Club” that are drawing in thousands of viewers who want to see people slim down and get fit.  But what if that person sitting on the couch watching the show is 30 pounds overweight, eating a bag of chips and drinking a soda?  They’re not getting motivated to get out and get themselves fit by watching a TV show.  So what should we all do to motivate each other to stay in shape.  Get an exercise partner.  Work out together with someone who you know will stick to the schedule and not cheat when you’re not around.  Push yourself away from the table and walk up those extra few steps or that extra block.  Walk instead of riding in your car to the local grocery store.  Just those few things will help you to see results sooner than you think.
